Research Submission Agreement

Research may be submitted by Members and Research Partners. The submitter confirms that they are an authorised representative of the listed authors and have the right to publish the work on the platform.

Submitted research must:

• Be original work or properly attributed with authorisation from copyright holders.
• Be relevant to gambling harm reduction, prevention, treatment, policy, or related fields.
• Include accurate author names, affiliations, and funding source disclosures.
• Not contain defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful content.

All submissions are reviewed by GGHRA administrators. The review process evaluates relevance, accuracy, and adherence to these requirements. Submissions may be approved, returned for revision, or rejected. The submitter will be notified of the decision with reasons where applicable.

By submitting research, you grant GGHRA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and index the work on the platform. You retain all intellectual property rights. The licence persists even if membership ends, for research published with public or member-only visibility.

You may choose the visibility of your research:

• Public: accessible to all platform visitors.
• Members only: accessible to logged-in members.
• Top tier: accessible to Research Partners and Founding Members.
• Private: accessible only to the submitter and assigned collaborators.

You may open your research for collaboration, allowing other members to request to join the project. Collaboration requests are reviewed and approved at your discretion.

You may request removal of your research at any time. GGHRA reserves the right to remove research that is found to be plagiarised, inaccurate, or in violation of this Agreement. Removed research may be replaced with a retraction notice.

GGHRA may use AI tools to suggest tags and categories for submitted research. Suggested tags are reviewed by administrators before publication. AI-generated content is not used to modify the original research text.
